Ansty PYO and Farm Shop

Originally just a Pick Your Own Farm, the farm now offers a wide variety of fruit and vegetables from Pick Your Own to freshly picked in the farm shop which also encompasses a range of locally produced goods. There is a Tea Room with homemade cakes and if that's not enough they also make a Maize Maze for the Summer Holidays.

Bake Farm - Coombe Bissett

Bake Farm is a Pick Your Own fruit and vegetable outlet which has been running for 25 years. Typically offering strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, currants and broud beans they are open during the soft fruit season when you can also enjoy cream teas all prepared from the Farmhouse kitchen.

Boyton Farm and Butchery

Boyton Farm is a family owned farm in the heart of the South Wiltshire Downs, selling home-reared meat direct to the public. We combine traditional breeds of pigs and cattle with old fashioned butchering skills, to produce pork, beef, bacon and sausages acclaimed for their taste, texture and quality.

Britford Farm Shop - Britford Salisbury

The Britford Farm Shop was opened by Giles and Gale Gould as a way of bringing farming back to Bridge Farm and also to support local producers and farmers who are still making their living from traditional food production. We offer deliveries and organic vegetable-boxes.

Cranborne Pick Your Own

A range of pick your own vegetables are available from this long established PYO. Open June - September they offer a variety of produce together with a range of already picked for those short on time.

Dorset Blueberry Company

Yes we really do produce blueberries right here in Dorset! One of our main areas of expertise is supplying home gardeners with blueberry plants. Growing blueberries since the 50s, we know a thing or two about them and our range of plants covers patio blueberry plants for fruiting and ornamental use to heavy cropping blueberry plants for the open ground.

East Farm Farmshop

Rupert Tory and his family opened the shop on 12th August 2006 to provide locally produced food to the surrounding villages of the Winterborne valley. The produce changes with the seasons.

Future Farms - Martin

Futurefarms is a modern day co-operative, whose purpose is to grow food within the parish of Martin in Hampshire, for sale to the people who live there started in response to concern about the distance that our food has to travel from farm to plate. Selling direct to their customers via their box and barrow scheme plus their weekly markets held at Martin Village Hall on Saturdays 9:30am to 12:30pm where fresh bread and newspapers are also now sold.

The family run farm shop is a mixed working farm in Tarrant Gunville situated in the Tarrant Valley in rural Dorset. Currently the farm has it's own free-range livestock, a profusion of ducks and chickens and more recently pigs who supply the shop's freshly made sausages.

The Long Crichel Walled Garden is a non-profit enterprise aiming to promote sustainable ways of working organic horticulture, permaculture methods and forest gardening . We grow Organic Vegetables to U.K. Soil Association standards in order to provide seasonal vegetables and fruit to the local community via our "Veggie Box" scheme, farmers markets, garden gate sales and other local retail outlets which includes Long Crichel Bakery.

Mere Fish Farm

This family run trout farm produces fresh hand made smoked products, specialising in terrines. A smokery on the premises produces both hot and cold smoked trout and smoked trout terrine. Sold locally through many of the farm shops listed here and weekly at both Salisbury and Shaftesbury Farmers Markets, or you can drop into the premises to purchase.

Pythouse Farm Kitchen Garden Shop & Café

Cranborne Chase Cheese - Ashmore Dorset

All our cheeses are hand made and named after local landmarks in and around the AONB. Cheese-making started experimentally in 2002 but it was not until November 2004 that the operation was turned into a commercial venture.In recent years Cranborne Chase Cheese has won several national cheese awards.

Dorset Blue Cheese Co - Sturminster Newton

The aim of The Dorset Blue Soup Company is to offer fresh soup packed full of the flavour and feel of the countryside. Most of our soups are thick and wholesome which you can readily milk down or add vegetable stock to if you prefer. In 1984, Emily's father resurrected Dorset Blue Vinny Cheese, which had disappeared for nearly half a century and following his success Emily launched the Dorset Blue Soup Company in 2002 which is now found in many shops nationally.

Fonthill Glebe Wines - Teffont Evias

Resulting from farm diversification and opportunities along the way to acquire local established vineyards Fonthill Glebe Wines now produces a range of high quality grapes at the Fonthill Gifford & Dinton sites in Wiltshire, and at Awbridge and Romsey in Hampshire. All the products are available from The Winnery at Teffont Evias and at a selection of local Farmers Markets.

The Hidden Brewery - Dinton

The Hidden Brewery was only setup in March 2003 and yet now supplies to over 800 pubs and clubs throughout the southwest. The brewery’s initial products were Old Sarum and Hidden Quest, both of which have developed an enthusiastic following throughout the region. The brewery has since aquired two pubs one being the The Bell Inn at Wylye.

Wyle Valley Vineyard - Crockerton

As English wines become increasingly popular it is nice to see a vineyard on our doorstep. Specialising in special cross grapes Wyle Valley Vineyard now produces three medium to dry white wines which are available for sale on a farm gate sale basis (a shop is to arrive shortly).
